Who are we?
Ten years have passed since July 2015, when the Climats of the Burgundy vineyards – landscapes shaped by vineyards and villages – were listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Since then, Burgundy has continued to attract visitors from all over the world.
Easily accessible from Paris and Lyon, this region, world-renowned for its wines, welcomes many Japanese tourists every year. Many of them are wine and cheese lovers, and there is also a high rate of repeat visitors who return to Burgundy regularly.
France already stands out for its high rate of repeat Japanese visitors (※1). In recent years, there has also been growing interest in cities and regions close to Paris.
There are many areas of interest: gastronomy, agriculture, which is closely linked to it, but also history and architecture.
Although the number of Japanese visitors to Bourgogne–Franche-Comté has not yet returned to 2019 levels, the region nevertheless ranks 6th among French destinations in terms of the share of visitors from distant countries (※2).
It is therefore a region that is particularly popular with Japanese customers.
Rich in gastronomy, architectural heritage, history and nature, and benefiting from excellent accessibility from major cities, Bourgogne-Franche-Comté now offers great potential.
We believe that it is now essential to offer immersive, high-quality experiences that go beyond simple visits in order to meet the expectations of Japanese customers who are experienced in international travel.

After working in sales for Japanese travel agencies, I joined the reception and concierge team of a historic luxury hotel in Beaune, Burgundy in 2006.
Since September 2023, I have been running my own business, specialising in tourist guiding across Burgundy, Franche-Comté, and Champagne, as well as Japanese-French interpreting and translation.
In addition to wine, I serve as an official interpreter for the Awa Sake Association and the Japanese KuraMaster competition in Paris, facilitating exchanges between wine professionals and sake producers.
Since 2025, I have expanded my services by registering as a travel agency with Atout France and offering private hire vehicle services, allowing me to coordinate comprehensive, personalised trips throughout Burgundy, Franche-Comté, and Champagne.
As the only official Japanese-speaking guide in these regions, I can accompany your Japanese clients on visits to historical monuments, cultural sites, and renowned vineyards.
With my experience as a concierge and tour guide, I provide attentive, personalised service to meet the needs of travellers, helping them feel confident and relaxed while travelling abroad.
