Following my experience in sales with a Japanese travel agency, I joined the reception and concierge team of a historic luxury hotel in Beaune, in the heart of Burgundy, in 2006.
Since September 2023, I have been running my own business, specialising in tourist guiding across Burgundy, Franche-Comté, and Champagne, as well as Japanese-French interpreting and translation.
In addition to wine, I serve as an official interpreter for the Japan Awa Sake Association and the Japanese KuraMaster competition in Paris, facilitating exchanges between wine professionals and sake producers.
Since 2025, I have expanded my services by registering as a travel agency with Atout France and offering private hire vehicle services, allowing me to coordinate comprehensive, personalised trips throughout Burgundy, Franche-Comté, and Champagne.
As an official Japanese & English speaking guide in the region, I have the privilege of accompanying both Japanese and English-speaking guests on curated visits to historic landmarks, cultural treasures, and renowned vineyards.
With a background in luxury hospitality and guiding, I deliver attentive, bespoke service tailored to each traveller, ensuring a seamless, reassuring, and truly memorable experience in France.
My Philosophy
Ten years have passed since July 2015, when the Climats of the Burgundy vineyards, landscapes shaped by centuries of viticulture and village life, were inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Since then, Burgundy has continued to captivate visitors from around the world.
Easily accessible from Paris and Lyon, this world-renowned region welcomes travellers of all nationalities. Many visitors are passionate about wine and cheese, and a significant number return regularly, drawn back by the unique charm of Burgundy.
Beyond Burgundy, Bourgogne–Franche-Comté offers an extraordinary richness of heritage, from historic towns and fortresses to picturesque villages and natural landscapes. Nearby Champagne, with its celebrated vineyards and UNESCO-listed sites, adds another dimension to the region’s cultural treasures. Together, these regions present a wealth of experiences in gastronomy, history, architecture, and nature.
Bourgogne–Franche-Comté and Champagne are highly appealing to travellers from around the world, with Japanese visitors among those especially drawn to the region.
My philosophy is simple: in regions so rich in heritage and culture, it is essential to go beyond standard sightseeing. I aim to create immersive, high-quality experiences that meet the expectations of well-travelled guests from all backgrounds, experiences that are thoughtful, personal, and unforgettable.
